“OMG Becky, look at her butt”
Thanks to Buzzfeed, I’ve decided to take the 27-day squat challenge.
To coincide with this challenge, I’m also incorporating another Buzzfeed exercise routine for every other day (unless I’m feeling ambitious and do it back-to-back). Check it out here: http://www.buzzfeed.com/sallytamarkin/quick-butt-workouts (the jumping squats destroy me…).
I’m not doing this because it’s almost summer and swimsuit season is arriving. Let’s be honest, if I wanted a beach bod, I would’ve started months ago. I just feel like I’ve been sitting on my ass too much lately (apart from running around escape rooms).
I’ve included the schedule for the 27-day challenge at the bottom of the post. You’ll notice I’ve already done four days of it! The goal is to eventually hit 100 squats in a row. Oy vay!

So, if you’re like me and find yourself sitting on your butt all day at work – maybe try taking the challenge too! It literally takes no time out of your day and I do it right when I wake up in the morning!
